No, just one complete application is required.
They mean you should submit sponsorship application(2 forms (1 for Quebec)) together with PR application (all other forms). And pay fee for sponsorship 75$ and PR 475 (if without dependants).

It confuses me when CIC states application can not be sent in BULK. I am afraid if I send all documents in one package, does it mean I send them in BULK?

This means you can't send multiple application packages together. Let's say both you and your spouse were sponsoring both sets of parents. You can't send everything as one application package. You would have to send two application packages.

Thats right.

For the appliation.. Its written to put bar-codes first, then check- list and then everything else. I put everything in an order they appear in check-list

Can I send just the updated the fee application form. Will CIC be able to match with my application with fee payment form and update it ? If I re-send all my application should I write an explanation why I am re-sending it? Help needed on this issue.

Quick question guys: In 2012 I did some side business and earned approx $2000. How do I mention this on IMM5768 form Q.15? I have entered all my employment information. Shud I add another row for the self employed income earned for 2012?

Did you declare it on your CRA income? If yes, there is description field next to it which I am sure can be used to describe it. Hope it helps you.

I hired the services of a ICCRC approved consultant.She gave my papers to a courier on Dec31 and informed me the CONSIGNMENT no.But while tracking the number there are THREE reference no.out of which one is mine.May i presume that it is a BULK Mail and my file will be returned?
She sent me the soft copy of the file in which the Passport pages are only First and Last.I Presume she must have submitted all the pages but did not sent me the blank pages.
Due to this vacation I am unable to contact my Representative or the Courier.I am much worried about the fate of my file.

If you are coming today (3rd Jan), you can go to http://www.couriertoronto.com/ and drop the application package. They are accepting till 5PM today.

Some of you may have seen my thread under Family Class sponsorship about PhD research I'm doing on the Family Class application process.

I'm looking for people to participate in an anonymous online survey about their experiences of the application process to sponsor family members. My goal is that the results can be used for advocacy to make improvements to the system for people who want to sponsor family members in the future.

Re: filling out the Google SS, could you be more attentive? For example, I only asked for APPLICATION RECEIVED DATE & TIME (by CPC-M) which you would only know today. In other words, fill out Column E, F & G of New Entry sheet once you know them. Thanks.

There isn't much protection on New Entry sheet. Row 7 to 50 is pretty free for anyone to add info. Anyway, I will be online full day today and manually enter if required. Could you also give me your payment method?
