From your history, it seems like your file is in NDVO. If yes, the e-mail or mail that you have received instructing you to submit the said documents, they should have included the instructions on how to submit them too. Sorry, I do not want to give you the wrong address. As far as I remember, we sent our documents to their office via mail that we could track easily. Can anyone please guide me where I have to send the police clearance and travel history( I mean the address) and whether it has to be regular or registered or any other way to send the post
Thanks in advance for help

Somewhere in the letter it should say spouse. CheckHi All
I applied for my parents PR in Jan 2016... In January 2017 they got medical request after that no.update ... Then in December 2017 they got medical request again now yesterday they got Passport request ... But it only says my father name(main applicant) his UCI, but it didn't mention my mother name(dependent) ... So should I send both the passports... Or wait for my mother's email too ... How does it work ?
------------------------------------------------Guys... Just to Update you with my parents application....
We have a very weird case.
We received a letter from Ottawa 01 December 2017 , asking if my parents can land / complete the landing before 13 January 2018. Because if we CANNOT then they have to redo their medical. We reply and said yes we can as they are already here in CANADA.
So we send the passport December 8, 2017 last year for stamping.
We RECEIVED my parents passport last Saturday 1:00PM 13 January 2018.. OBVIOUSLY it too late.. OR is not CORRECT to received the passport the same day it will expires. Saturday so we cannot call the IRCC Hotline.. (no under way)
SO, here what we did. My parents leave in Fort McMurray which is 7 hours to Calgary and 11 Hours to the nearest border (Coutts, Alberta). And since they received the passport with stamp 1:00PM.. earliest flight to Calgary is 845pm and will be arriving 10PM (the only flight available that day).
So we try our best, they took the flight to Calgary and arrived 10pm.. Drive to Flights to any border will be impossible if we are thinking of 12midnight. and driving to any border is 3 hours (to Coutts Alberta) and Coutts Immigration office will close 11PM so we have one hour.. so we cannot make it..
SO WE CANNOT MAKE IT... IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE THE LANDING..
SO what we did is to travel to Cuotts, Alberta in the morning (early morning) JUST TO TRY OUR LUCK.. WE arrived 2PM 14 January 2018.. and explained what are case.. They cannot complete the landing as the visa is already expires.. and the said the is ADMINISTRATIVE fault and not our fault. They got all our papers they said that they will be the one to call Ottawa today (15 January 2018) and they will call us back for the next step.
THE GOOD THING!! they renew my parents tourist visa as it will expires this 27 January 2018.
MY ADVISE.... You have to consider medicals expiry date.. If you did not redo the medical then most likely that the expiration of visa (landing deadline) will be the medical expiration date.. so consider this and always prepare the worst. BE PREPARE on the worst.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!
I will do re medical in India on 2 nd Feb.No hurry now.My parents are going to re-do today.
