No, They never asked me to provide Travel History. Yesteryear i just send email to ask about status and quoted that medical is expiring in February and i have not heard anything from last January 2017 and in reply they asked me to provide Travel History.

Can you update us what happened next? after sending Travel History. I am in the same boat but some days behind.
I only replied the email and mentioned the travel history in the body of the email!

When did they ask for Travel History for you? Did anything changed in MyCIC after you sent them? For me Nothing is changed in MyCIC. I sent them IMM5262 Travel History form on same day and they replied it immediately that they received it and currently they don't require anything else. I hope that they will not ask re medical and issue the visa before medical expiry or at least extend the medical expiry date. I just mentioned in email that we are ready to land before medical expiry date if you will issue the Visa before it.

I am not sure. When did you send them? If they require it in Form, they will reply back to you to submit it in Form. Did you send them email asking for status and in reply they asked you to send Travel History? One of my friend just received email for re medical request and his medical is expiring on Feb 5.

Yes, I sent an email to update me and they sent an email and asked for Travel history. the email was:
: " Travel History: Please state your current country of residence and provide a list of your travel history, if any, within the past year. This must be received at this office by: 2018/01/04"
they did not ask to fill any form!

In my case, similar development took place. Next day we received pre-arrival letter. And the day after we received request for new medical.

BTW I believe you had your mother's sponsorship application in 2015. Has it now been completed?

Received re-Medical request and Pre-Landing advice today. But my Medicals don't expire until Feb 5, 2018. Should I redo the Medicals? Or is there a chance CIC Ottawa will be able to finalize the application before then? PCC and RPRF fee were already provided/paid.

FYI we are in the same boat. I wrote to Ottawa after receiving re-med request (which will expire on Jan 27th, 2018). I asked them if my parents are able to land before then, whether they can remove the "re-med" request. Surprisingly I got a response within 30 minutes, and even more shockingly they send me a passport request and asked me send the passport ASAP to BEIJING office. My two cents, it doesn't hurt to ask!

You're right. It has been more than a year now that she is a Canadian PR. It took 607 days in total.
