Canada Post should deliver to PO box at least twice a day (because they deliver twice a day to community mail boxes twice a day. My guess)Pamma97 said:PO box doesn't matter here... whoever sent it to PO box address won't get into cap... I'm saying this bcoz some guy here said he sent the app to po box address last year and now again trying with courier address.
They already increased mini income required by 30% for parents and grandparents application. It won't be fair for low income people to even try for being with parents. Income wise what is expected is good enough but they surely need to do something with the process. They should just accept application whatever comes and whenever comes and let us wait for years.. I don't mind waiting when I know I already applied rather than getting frustrated every year not being able to get into the cap.kkim604 said:They should increase min income req, by a lot.
Seriously, my family make well over min req, at least 10k+
but even without the parents, we are barely getting by.
Cost if living in Vancouver is insanely high.
We dont need to support the parents since they have their own money, but if we had to 100% support them with min req anual income, I guarantee it's not doable.

Yeah. That's what I mean. It is fishy. So Nobody is guaranteed, even your application was first to be accepted.Luda345 said:+1
I don't feel safe even with my envelopes delivered well before 9am (. No time stamps this year. Looks like there will be a lottery or something else.
The FCFS is already a bad process. Applying a random pickup on top of that makes it even more worse. Rather than wasting efforts to randomly select applications, I wish they process the applications with more efficiency, howsoever little.Luda345 said:+1

I am in the same batch here. my application was delivered at 7 :36 am today and signed by ADUSEI. I just call UPS and confirmed that 7:36 am is ON local time. I don't know what would happen from here. Anyone had the similar experience can maybe shed some lights here?emceemouli said:Exactly same status as yours...
