Hello IndoCanadian777

Many thanks once again. Thanks for confirming that the email does not matter. Also you were right about me not selecting the correct option! I totally missed the RPRF option and was selecting the application for parent and grandparent option. Thanks for the link.

Wish you all the best with your application.
You are welcome Anon2016!
Thank you and Wish you all the best!

Hi everyone, i'm 2016 PGP applicant from quebec. Yesterday my parents received PCC and CSQ request but no medical have been requested yet. is that normal ?
Here is my timeline:
1. Application received January 4, 2016
2. Sponsorship processing: June 25, 2016
3. Permanent resident processing: February 15, 2016
4. Visa office : Ottawa
Rossei thanks for the great job done here. could you please add me in the ss. many thanks.

Submitted medical/PCC/RPRF in the end of January 2017. Medical- Passed/PCC- provided. No other changes until now.

My concern is the email address mentioned in the documents which the CIC sent to me through CIC account is wrong. So I requested for email change through web form. I didn't get any confirmation from CIC. If they send the PPR to the wrong email ID it will never reach to me. After sending passport request can we see any update in CIC account or ECAS? It will be great if somebody help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance..

During what point of time RPRF is being asked? Do we have do it upfront or what?
No need to pay RPRF upfront.Mostly request for IME/PCC/RPRF is issued simaltaneously.

Hi All,

Does anybody had experience sending passport to Ottawa for VISA stamping whereas the VISA office which is processing the application is NDVO. If so can you share how much time Ottawa office took to stamp VISA in the passport.

Thanks

Need help, guys!!

I have recieved request of police ceritificate from cic days ago. So i asked my local police station for a copy, they said they cannot release to me and they needs to send to cic directly. But in cic request letter, they didnt provide any address to send.

Does anyone have similar problems here ?? where can i find the address to send it to?

Many thanks in advance.

Just wanted to verify if this is the correct email for the PCC, CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca? Thanks!

just checking in to see if the background check began for any one who passed their medicals in Dec or Jan? :)

I dont think so. From the spreadsheet, all the PPR requests are for those who had received medical requests in Aug/Sep/Oct/Nov of last year. Also it seems that there are many who completed the Medical/PCC last year who still have not yet heard from CIC about PPR. They are way ahead in the line compared to us.

Average time from Medical/PCC/RPRF request stage to PPR seems to be around 3-4 months for most. So hold tight. We will waiting till, at least, summer.

Our visa office was NDVO
We sent my parents passports to Ottawa CPC on Feb 8- reached on Feb 9.
Visas were stamped on Feb 15 and we received the passports back on Feb 20.

Is anyone here from Mexico VO?
If so, can you share what was the timeline from when application was transferred to the Mexico VO to request of PCC or Medicals?
Thanks
