Hi Forums Members,

is there any way to send RPRF payments to CPC Mississauga by email or uploading from my CIC account. DO i have to send by mail/couriers.

Thanks,
Yeti
The email from Singapore VO requesting RPRF asked the sponsor to pay the fees and contact CPC-M in any of the following ways:
1) by online
2) by fax
3) by mail

I chose "online", so I paid it first and uploaded it using Webform on Aug 22. Got the confirmation today (Aug 30) via email from CIC. I also sent the receipt to Singapore VO along with PCC+additional docs via UPS.

My parents got a medical request from CiC and they are here in Canada. When i checked the medical report form they put my Canada's address on it as parents name c/o my name and address instead of Indian mailing address.
is there any body let please let me know what to do . Do i have to report this or leave it or may be i am the authorized rep thats why they put my address on it.

Also anybody suggest if we have to get medical done from Canada or India . i see some bad reviews about Immigrations doctors from Canada or someone suggest good doctor in GTA.

It doesnt matter. You can complete medical anywhere in the world as long as they are CIC certified.
Change the address from ECAS if you want to receive mail elsewhere otherwise forget about it.

Good morning Rossei

I have got the same request this morning from Singapore LVO. They also requested to submit the PCC. At the end of the email, it says "You must comply with the above requirements within thirty days (30) from the date of this letter. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the refusal of your application" My parents are with me in canada right now. It is really hard to get the PCC in 30 days. Do you have any suggestion for me? In that email, it also says "If you are unable to comply with one or more of our requests, please provide a detailed explanation", but it does not tell where to send that explanation. Thanks in advance for your time.

Good Morning,

Yes, I received the same message at the bottom of the email attachment. Fortunately, we had the PCC (Bangladesh) in hand as my mom did it while she was vacationing back home in Jun-July period. You haven't mentioned where your parents are from, but my mom was told by the local police station of our area in Bangladesh that in the event that she needs an updated PCC while she is away; they can issue another one if any of her relatives applies for it with her authorization. The whole thing can be done in 2-3 weeks.

If you can't produce PCC within 30 days, you need to write a cover letter explaining that you applied right after getting the request. Provide proof if application if you can. I would also suggest emailing SVO Manager explaining your limitations. It could be Tom.Richter@international.gc.ca. Vnexpress from 2015 batch knows a lot about SVO. You can also write in Singapore Timeline thread for updated email id's.

Scan and email your parents' passport to any of your family member who resides close to your parents' place in BD. Ask him/her to go to local police station and apply for PCC on your parents' behalf. Also, attach a letter (signed by your parents) with the email requesting PCC and authorizing your relative to collect it for them. If they accept it, it will take 1~3 weeks. Your relative can Fedex it back to you in 4 days. Or, you can send all the required docs to your relative and once s/he receives the PCC, s/he can courier the whole package to SVO.

If they are currently in Canada, visa stamping (final step) can be done through CPC-Ottawa regardless of the visa office responsible for their file. Once visa is secured, they can land at any local CIC office in Canada (with appointments) or go to U.S - Canada border and flagpole from there (no appointments needed)

Yes, after you make your online payment, you can upload the receipt (PDF format) to CPC-M using the Web form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Submit your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) or request a refund
Use this Web form if:

the Visa Office has instructed your relative to pay the RPRF, or
you want a refund for the RPRF.
Refunds can only be issued once you have declined your right of appeal.

In your request, include the:

Full name,
Date of birth,
Country of birth,
Application Number (if known),
Relative’s Client ID Number (UCI) (if known), and
Copy of the Official Receipt.

You can upload the Official Receipt after you have completed all the required fields.

Do not send the same enquiry more than once as it will delay the processing of your application.

Hope this helps.
Thanks thinktriplets , This reply will really helps alot.

Thanks vnexpress, I was going to ask the same question, you already gave the answer. SVO requested for the PCC and landing fee and gave us 30 days. I have to provide explanation if I am unable to do so. Can you please tell me which email address i should send that explanation? Rossei suggested me that you might know about this. Thanks in advance.
