Imagine if the cap is 5000 for next year and Happy Road or any other local courier gets more than 5000 applications each. They were will be another level of competition. :-\

5000 * $200 = $1,000,000 will be winning lottery for them just because CIC is fool enough to not implement a streamlined method of accepting applications.

next year the local mafia will open auction on ebay, whoever pay the highest price will get guaranteed priority delivery. Probably around $2000 per app would be my guess.

This is the first time I added names in pen in Hindi- my native language. All visa forms for my parents and visa extension forms I filled, I never used native names- and they were processed.

Whatever math statistics we put here won't work... we are only 1% of those 14000 applications and most of them first day submitters who knew whats going on and how fast it will fill up. so guessing on 1% doesn't make sense...

I agree, forum members on CANADAVISA.com easily make up the average top 10% quickest applications. It is very well possible that a majority of the applications were received later in the morning or in the afternoon by the large courier services such as UPS/Purolator/Fedex and Canada Post which most of us did not use.

The principal applicant, their spouse or common law...... and all DEPENDENT children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form. Complete ALL names in English and in your native language...

So, In section B, I'm the sponsor and INDEPENDET child.. Is there a chance to pass ... otherwise, It's very sad......

Imagine the volume off application next year and the price per application. For sure local couriers will do anything to attract costumers and charge them big time.. (1000x250 = 250,000 ) just for 1 day..

As per the document checklist here it is what it states:

Option C print out or Notice of Assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency for each of the three most recent taxation years.

Yep, that's what I said- Option C is not mandatory for PGP.
NOAs can be printed from the CRA website
