Timing!

Hi, guys!

Me and my hubby are finally ready to submit the application now.
We only had one question - I was a little worried about my Police Clearance Certificate as it is dated on the 9th of April. 3 months will expire on the 9th of July. Should I be concerned? The application will be sent out in a week. Hence the CIC will get it in approx 2 weeks.

My question is:
The Police Certificate should be dated within the last 3 months at the time when they disclose my package and create my file? Or at the time when my husband is approved as a sponsor --> the application is sent to my VO --> and they start going through my papers???

Actually, police clearances are now valid for 6 months . They changed the rule April 23rd. Good luck and congrats! Also, it just needs to be in CIC's hands by that date.
