Timing of Medical Test

I submitted my wife's PR application but put the medical will be done when requested. My sponsorship has been approved. My wife's PR application is "received" in Manila. So will they request the medical when they first start to review her application, or will they review everything and ask for it towards the end of the process?

Hi, it could be at any time, for me it was at the end of the process. But I actually did the medicals just after submitting the application. When they do issue the landing papers you usually have 1 year to LAND, from the time you did the medical check. So depends whats the average processing time for your region, check in the Manila thread i would suggest and see, because if you do the medical to early, you might have to redo it (should your process take long) I think in most cases if you do it around the same time as you submit the PR application you will be good
