I understand Express Entry can take a few years, especially for those with no Canadian job experience or offers. To start the process, you have to provide info re education, work experience and language test results.
What's to stop me from lying about having done the language tests? Once my application has progressed (maybe 1-2 years later) and they want to see the test results, couldn't I just say 'oh sorry, I've lost them, ... but look, I did another test last month, here are the results, proving my high levels of English and French'
Surely, as long you get approx the same number of points as you initially claimed, there's no problem, right?
thanks
