Timeperiod after interview

I gave interview on 27th nov in ISB PAK..
But after that i have got no response. Is there anyone else who gave interview in nov who's still waiting or done with the process?

We had interview on Jan 16, 2020 - still waiting. We were told they give decision in like 24 hours to 3 weeks...
