Congratulations on receiving your certificate finally.
My application status is `Closed`. Yes, I called IRCC couple of times and they mentioned same thing every time that everything is complete on my side and I should have received it by now my Citizenship Certificate. They sent a note to the officers about it but they didn't get any response yet from them. Told me to wait for 1 more month because Montreal office is already having a huge backlog about processing applications.
