I have 2 bachelor degrees. I'm a little bit worried about my second one: it is a distance-learning program though it lasted 4 years as the normal program. Does it still count?

I have exactly the same timeline...worried about mine too as it’s a distance learning from SCDL
I am waiting on an evaluation for a certificate that I am not sure if IQAS will evaluate or not.
So far I have received my second AOR and no message from IQAS about what they will or will not be evaluating ( they do send out generic emails with a list of what they do and do not evaluate, which is not super helpful, but still a little more specific than WES ), I am guessing I will receive it when they have done the ECA.
My education is a bit unusual, I completed 5 years of university ( with probably a year of courses more than I needed to as extra study ) and have a bunch of college certificates, Wes evaluated this as a standard 4 year degree and refused to do any of my college qualifications ( even though the Canadian equivalency was stated on their website which they subsequently removed after I complained to the better business bureau ).
I found it incredibly frustrating, because, by their definition, if 3 years of university in the UK = 4 years in Canada, then how the heck is 5 years in the uk, equivalent to 4 years ?
There is no guarantee that IQAS will be any better, in fact, I quite doubt that they will be any better, but so far they do "seem" to be more thorough.
It’s all the waiting game now...on our timeline I think it should be end March

The distant education bachelor degree is counted normally.
I am delighted with the service from IQAS.

I have about the same timeline so am hoping I hear something soon too, although still not sure if IQAS will evaluate my one year college credentials.

Got my ECA through, total time 8 weeks since AOR. They stuck to their stated time-scales.
Bad news
They actually assessed it on the 27th of January, obviously had the file sitting there completed so they could stretch out to the 8 week service level agreement, they probably have a stack of completed ECAs sitting there as we speak.
The Canadian equivalent of five years of UK university ( I did extra study on top of the standard bachelors ) is apparently four years in Canada wherever you go, even though three years university in the UK is the equivalent to four years in Canada, its a mathematical oddity.
Extra study actually brings your score down, it is very strange .
My husband received his Today. And his report says January 17th. We missed two draws because IQAS was not able to email the reports efficiently.Good news first.

I received soft copy my ECA today 11th March 2018 (applied on 16 Dec 2017) and waiting for hard copy of certificate in Saudi Arabia.
1) I want to know how courier confirmation comes through some body email me or I need to go to investigate through email to IQAS or which courier company usually bring.
2) My qualification is B.E Civil Engineering (4 years) and then done Master in Computer Science (2 years). My outcome results shows Canada equivalency 4 years bachelor degree with focus in Civil Engineering and another for my Master degree equivalent to 4 years bachelor degree with focus on Computer Science.
So what does this outcome means (two 4 years bachelor degrees).
Kindly describe??

One more information I need to know.
Now I have to apply for Course by course assessment of my Civil Engineering degree through WES because it is the requirement of APEGS for SINP PNP licensing requirement. So my previous ECA through IQAS is not have any value. I have to do this whole process again. Kindly reply if some body have this situation.
