your case seems very unfair.please share your case information about stream/ province you applied for etc.if you r mpnp applicant than you can check your application status logging to mpnp online.

you can only log on if you created a login id. if you have got the file no. ;you should send a mail to mpnp reffering your file no and ask them about your file status and the solution about how to check the file status of paper applications.you will shurly get the quick response.send a mail them at immigratemanitoba.com.
