@hsharma : No Buddy they will not update your file automatically . If you need to get your baby added then you need to send
- a signed letter authorising to get your baby added and telling how your family composition has been changed
- Updated generic forms
- Updated additional Family info forms for you and your spouse
- birth certficate
- baby passport copy
- additional and updated funds for you ,spouse and baby
- baby's photographs

Send all these docs asap . Dont wait for their response because in any case you need to send these docs . It will save some time for you .
Dont forget to send letter explaining each and everything and requesting the addition duely signed by principal applicant .

My LOA was also misplaced by India Post...........So never believe on India Pst.....just mail mpnp to post all further communication at ur sponsor,s canada Address

hey guys ..whats the best way to send passports to ndvo...courier or speed post...is it safe to send via speed post??

The CHC representative at the high commission suggested sending passports through speed post....i had sent my package through speed post.

Do declare to the PO officials that you are sending passports when booking the speed post.

I have send each and every document to NDVO with covering letter expalined every upadate in bullet point.

I just wanted to know that if someone send his upadte to NDVO before file reaches to
NDVO based upon the UCI# given by CIO.

Will they update the file by default ?

Dont wory ............Just carefully read the AOR from NS............eg.........
