I have applied under MPNP(Family Stream), I have got approval from Manitoba. My application reached CIO on 16th March and I got file number on 2nd May.
When can I expect to get any news from New delhi visa office?

update from my side,
i have reieved 2nd AOR today 10th april from colombo visa office instead of ndvo.
i filled new dehli as visa office in my application but aor from colombo visa office ??

mine application has also been transferred to colombo office instesd delhi,did you get email asking to pay right to permanent residence fee at delhi office and send receipt to colombo

i have submit dd to new dehli visa office and sent copy of dd to colombo office.
can you share your full timeline.

i heard that they are sharing work but provide priority to applicants of srilankan orgin
is that the reason?

now waiting for ppr, its good to hear some progress in your case.

there is only holiday in may is 24may in colombo visa office, holiday list is on official website cic colombo.
2 month holidays its not possible,
so don't worry be positive

Dear PNP,
It is logical the quota for colombo is 100 it is for the people who chose colombo as the visa office. The ones who chose NDVO the quota 2500. since ndvo might be under pressure to clear the backlog . it has sought colombo's help probably because they might less work load. which is apparent by the letter sent along with 2 AOR. in other words we will be considered against ndvo quota.
