Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

I AM FROM PUNJAB, INDIA AND FILED MY APPLICATION DURING THE MONTH OF MAY 2012 AND GOT MY FILE NUMBER ON 31ST JANUARY 2013 AND STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THE SAME.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW.

Hi Guys
One of my friend who sent file in April 2012. Me and he has same sponsor but my file started first and his not yet. We both got the same email regarding IELTS and he socred 4.5 and i 6.5. I have master degree and he has bachelor degree.
After we both submit IELTS I got LOA in Dec 2012 but he has not heard anything yet. Is there any one who has same scenario?
Gurminder and KB please share your views as my friend is too worried for this.

Today Krishnasvmohan have received a additional documents request(Education diplomas/degrees, Employment records, Funds proof) and rprf request but not medical request frm CVO.

I have few queries over here. Thanks a lot for valuable suggestions in advance.

Education diplomas/degrees- Should I provide all the Educational Certificates or the highest Degree/Diploma. CVO has asked for Copy of any post-secondary degrees/diploma.s

Funds proof- What is the Maximum amount that I should show here. Will the Mortgage Certificate or an Asset certificate ( Tells the market value of the properties in my name) along with a minimum of 6-7 lakhs will suffice?

Also, What is RPRF amount. As per the recent posts, it is 450$ for a single person if I am not wrong. Should I take for my son too?

SEND ALL EDUCATION CERTIFICATES for YOU and YOUR SPOUSE.

Send bank certificate along with copies of fd, savings or any liquid money you have .
It should be more than $ 10K for principal applicant + $2K for every accompaning member
They are more concerned with liquid money you have in your or your spouse name.

Also, What is RPRF amount. As per the recent posts, it is 450$ for a single person if I am not wrong. Should I take for my son too?

NO , RPRF has to be paid for principal applicant , your accompaning spouse and for every accomapning dependent who is 18 + years of age

RPRF fee is for you and your spouse only.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

The following applicants are not required to pay the RPRF:

dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild;
protected persons, including Convention refugees.

NO , RPRF has to be paid for principal applicant , your accompaning spouse and for every accomapning dependent who is 18 + years of age

Looks like NDVO and CVO are slowly going in Holiday mode already. Nothing much happening...
