Your Files are delaying because of PAFSO Strike only Few Resources are Available to processing files These cause Further Delay of Applications.
Gud Luck and I believe Luck is Also work

There is a Applicant JAGGU in this Forum Who sent Passport to NDVO from last December 2012 and still waiting for visa And Other Applicant is MEET who got 2nd AOR in April 2013 and Got his Visa in June It All Depends on Luck I Hope Everyone is AGREED with me in this Forum.

kish, victory, sp88 and mine we all have got second aor from Colombo now over 2 months but yet to get a MR or RPRF request...

Only few have got MR from Colombo...

Ya the timelines are different, I guess based out of priority of their scale.

I just hope this gets over soon.

Priority is only given to Applicants at Provincial stage In Federal Stage There is no Priority Given to Applicants. It Depends on the Workload on VO and Depends on BG test And Number of Countries you lived more than 6 months as well as Number of Organisations you Worked Including ex-military service, policeman etc.

APP REC: 3 DEC 2012
FEE CASHED: 11 JAN 2013 BY CC
1ST AOR : 15 APRIL 2013
MED AND RPRF REQ: 8 MAY 2013 FROM COLOMBO
MED DONE :10 MAY 2013
RPRF CASHED : 27 MAY 2013
ECAS STATUS : MEDICALS RECEIVED

if you have submitted PCC then it will be faaster else they take time in my case after aor 2 i gotr MR RRPR in 24 days.
but dndt woory overall time will be same

Keep your Fingers Crossed You can be Communicated Anytime From Colombo VO. Its All Depends on the CO (case dfficer) who is processing your Application. and Depends How Long it Takes to Check your Background Depends on Number of Countries you Live etc etc. One of Our Batch mate Recently got Visa from Colombo Visa office and He was MPNP Applicant. I hope it helps if you still have Further queries Feel free to Ask.

frnds there is singapor &malasia(in 2006) tourist visa on my pp that time we land singapor but no entry and we came back within two days from the airport after one month same from malaysia..immigration officer explain that you have not required pocket money so you can not enter ..but there was no stamp like deport.. just want to know will this effect my case .....pp was submitted 62 day before with rprf..e-cas med received..

I had submitted Indian PCC along with my application to CIC, Nova Scotia.

My PCC will expire in October. Do you think they will ask PCC again ?

I don't know what the Colombo visa office is doing with my file....no update after 2nd AOR on 16th April, 2013....I am really getting anxious now. I today shot out an email to Colombo VO regarding the status. Don't know how long will it take to get it over....
