timeline for passport return by chc newdelhi for cases from Canada

hi guys. i applied under pnp Ontario. my medical was recieved by chc on 10th dec 2011. then i got call for my passport on 6th feb 2012. i came to india and my passport was delivered at chc new delhi on 22nd feb 2012 according to courier information. i am still waiting for my passport. please can anyone tell how much time does chc new delhi takes to return passport.

Hello Frnd am at the same case . I applied through SINP (Saskatchewan) Came to India jst to send Passport to Delhi .. I sent my password on Mar 9 th and no clue how long it takes to come back ..Wats your status saying in E-CAS . mine still says InProcess , even after passport request . please let me know if you received ur passport ....

same here guys I sent my passport on 1 jan and its received on 3rd Jan at New Delhi and neither my status is in Process nor they are replying to my email but last status is medical results have been received...Hope we all d Passport back soon....!!!

@ gurvinder - hw long was ur processing time line . i heard it takes max of 1 and half mnth frm de date passport received by cic delh.. bro plz keep me posted even if u got ur passport . so that its easy fr me to assess my timeline... thx fr ur help

we have to receive Decision made status in E-cas so that we can get our passport back

Same is my situation, I came to India to submit my passport, acco to FedEx my passport was delivered on 15 Feb 2012 almost at the same time you submitted your passport. So plz do let us know whenever you receive your PP with visa. If interested you can also follow

I submitted my passport on 3rd Jan....!!! got the ppr & medical request on 21st Dec...and currently status is medical have been received but still its nt in process

I am actually in a worse situation. I came to visit my husband in `the Caribbean when they asked for my passport. My agent told me that I would get the stamped passports soon and accordingly I sent my passport to India with a relative. Now, its been 4 months ( I submitted my passport on 29 December) and I have not heard anything yet. My employers in India have been understanding of the situation but I dont know for how long. I'm so worried.

Guys,
You are in India. Though Canada Authorities complete their procedures as per the schedule, don't expect anything much from our local services. For CHC Abu Dhabi, it is 10 days to complete the visa stamping + 2-3 days for courier. Anyways, please send an appeal thru online application to CHC

One more thing I didnt receive any acknowledgement of passport and landing fee receipt from the CIC office New Delhi, which I had sent on 29/12/11. Pls if any of you know about the above stated matter pls let me know.......

My husband was sent a PPR from New Delhi on Feb 28th 2012, he submitted his PP with confirmation on March 2, 2012. We have not heard from CIC since, and only recently there was an e-cas status update that "We started processing your application on April 24, 2012". What is the timeline that is required for them to process an application when they have already received the passport. In our case, they had the passport for almost 2 months before they started "processing". I wonder how long will it take them to send the passport with the visa now.
