Timeline for OINP after receiving notification of interest

Dear all,
I have received NOI from Ontario in May 2017 but some of my documents were not ready at that time but they are ready now and I want to submit the profile in August 2017. Will the OINP online website will allow this as I have heard they have halted the processing of any further application.
Please help.

No, you will have to wait and hope they reopen before December.
