Hey guys, it seems like the MVO's processing speed slowed down for some reasons since last year. (it was like 6 months before last year) I am going to submit my documents next Monday, and Im so worried about it....

BTW, IT Grad ako.. And IT is not under the in-demand occupations list in Manitoba. Pwede ba yun? Kahit di ka under sa in-demand occupations list makakaapply ka pa rin?

sa tingin ko .. being an IT grad is not a problem .. my uncle is an IT as well .. nakaalis sia noong 2014 . He applied for PR. Eto ung mga not in-demand sa manitoba na possibleng di nila iaccept.

1. For reasons which could include a large existing inventory of un-assessed applications; low labour market-demand; and/or significant barriers to labour market participation, Expressions of Interest from Skilled Workers Overseas in the following occupations have not been considered in this draw, unless they were directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative:

  • Registered Nurses
  • Secondary and Elementary School Teachers
  • Vocational and College Instructors
  • University Professors
  • General and Specialist Physicians

Im a nurse pero di ko sia pinapractice, nung nag apply ako PR , ang current work ko is Cust Service..then now, nasa IT dept ako hehe.. so cguro , kung ang current work mo is not pasok sa listahan as low labour market demand, malaki chance mo :)

However, my current work is also in the IT which is really a downside. Technical Support nga lang with years of experience. Am I still going to be considered?

Tiningnan ko ang link.

All applicants to the MPNP who are applying as Skilled Workers Overseas must demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba either through the support of family members or friends (I dont have this), through previous education or work experience in the province (I dont have this too) or through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP (I dont have this as well) as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. You can find more information about the different types of eligible connections below.

Pano po ako maging qualified? Pano po kayo nag apply sa MPNP?

Hi Guys,

Just want to ask, how much did you declare upon landing? Planning to bring only C$5000 during my landing. Rest of my money will be transferred online to scotiabank (already opened my account). Do I still need to declare the money that I have transferred as it will exceed C$10000? Thanks for clarification. :)

Hello po. IP2 na po ba kau yung we are processing your background check? Last feb 27 pa kasi ang last update ko til now wala pa din ppr

hi there everyone,
I got 1st MR Feb 28,2018 it doesn't have IME and my Medical done on March 6,2018.
I received another MR March 12, 2018 it has IME on it.
My dependent abroad still have colds and taking medicines and cannot go for her medical yet until she's clear of colds.
Question is which one will I consider the Expiration of the Med.Request? The 1st or 2nd Request?
and what is the confirmation I need to upload to update CIC I (principal) have done my medical? Is it the physician will submit the result to cic or I have to do it as well?

Hello,

Anyone here knows what's the current processing to exit Philippines after receiving the passport with visa stamp?
