From the time na sinend namin passport to cem 3 weeks naman yun. Pinadala namin ng nov.2 then nareceive nila
Nov.3. Nag DM kami nov.13, then ppv nov.27..

Holes are there to mark/invalidate forms. If the LoA is original, then you may reuse it, as long as it is still valid.
As to the other forms, they are signed and dated, so you need to fill-up and submit "fresh" forms and sign and date them again.

Thanks fOr the reply Ragluf. Now I'm more worried :, my loa was valid till sept27 only, then I received my forms on Nov23. I have a friend who suggested me to just send the same forms and include the newly filledout payment form. And so I did, now I already sent my application to CIO. Haayyy.. Do you think they will consider it? Thanks

iba-iba kc yan.parang smin ngsabay ung medical at rprf na nirequest nla.meron din PPR at RPRF n mgssbay...2-3 weeks mkkriciv kn nyan.malay mo 10-12 days p pg mbilis.

I did send CSE to ADVO on the 3rd of Nov but yet to get response.
Indeed all we can do is pray unceasingly and save a lot.

BTW, forum mates my husband and I have a new employer. DO we need to advise CIC about it? DO we need to submit new employment cert if yes? Appreciate your advice on this.
