Guys, good day, need help here, just want to ask regarding my returned application from CIC, I used the payment form and the credit card I used was declined, which is the reason why it was returned to me, all the files that returned has pencil annotations and punch holes on all application including my LOA, just want to ask if I still needed to submit a new application or just return my application with annotation and punch holes together with the payment? Thanks in advance

Holes are there to mark/invalidate forms. If the LoA is original, then you may reuse it, as long as it is still valid.
As to the other forms, they are signed and dated, so you need to fill-up and submit "fresh" forms and sign and date them again.

Pwede po ba magtanong, kasi may PPR na po kami pero yung passports namen pina renew namen ng nov 5 ang release palang po dec 17. Sa PPR letter need isubmit ng passports at ng photos within 15 days from receipt of the email. Meron napo ba nakaexperience dito na nag pa extend ng submission ng passports? Salamat po

Yes meron at marami na rin nag-pa-extend ng submission ng passports. Hindi lang extended ang validity ng visa mo. Expect added time to the processing.
