Hi i checked my ecas its already decision made pero kapag inopen line my message na application received january 27.and we sent you a letter june 20 about the decision on your application.pero june 20 naka received din kmi email about sa sponsorships approval.

They received our passports 04 June, DM Status on 19 June and we received the passports today so it is = 20 calendar days.

I received an email from CEM yesterday requesting for Medical examination, COC and NBI clearance ;D

Sino po bang dito nakapagtake na ng Medical examination sa SG at paano po kayo nagbayad ng RFPF? Based kasi dun sa letter nila pwede manager's cheque kaso anu po ba dapat nakastate dun sa cheque?

Hi,

Mukhang iba ang stream mo (FAM) instead of PNP, kaya iba ang processing. Better join the posts in the FAM section of the forum - they will provide you much more clarity on the FAM process and what to expect in the next stages. As far as I know, the decision made in your eCAS refers to the stage 1 of the sponsorship processing, which is sponsor approval. Iba ito sa PNP stream or FSW or economic streams, kung saan ang "decision made/DM" is usually indicator of final decision on the application. Here DM is the penultimate stage, before being in "Complete"

Paano ba magbayad ng RFPF? Sabi dito sa forum pwede daw Manager's cheque and online. Which one ba ung advisable? If manager's cheque, anu ilagay ko sa Payees Name?

DM ako last Monday lang (kahapon), but I submitted my PP since May 29th and the courier confirmed they received it last May 30th.

I was on vacation last week until kanina kasi and I remember there were previous posts na dumating ang PPV muna bago na-change ang eCAS. Im afraid i might have missed the delivery.

Pabalik na ang PPs mo malamang. Mangilan-ngilan naman ang nangyayari na dumarating ang PPVs before DM; usual is DM ang indication na pabalik na ang PPs.

Try mo kausapin ang courier offices dyan na abisuhan ka kung me padating sa iyo na important package, notify ka.

Guys i need your help... I have sent my papers to CIO last February 12, 2014 via DHL and was tracked that it has been pick-up and signed by MIKE on February 19, 2014. But until now wala pa ko natatanggap kahit AOR man lng. It has been 4months and we used bank draft to pay the procesing fee which is only valid for 6months. The bank told us that they need to send back the original bank draft so we could get a refund. Dont know what to do now... Anyone knows the CIO phone number? I already sent email to CIO no reply either.

Unfortunately there is no published CIO phone number that you can call up to ask/inquire about the application that was sent. The only mode of correspondence is via email (CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca) or send them courier or registered mail at:

And again - they do not have any general number for inquries, so you can only send them letters or an email. Put URGENT in the subject line of your emails so they can be seen and acted upon with urgency.
