mukhang mejo nagpahinga ang CEM sa application processing or super dami nagpasa... 2.5 months and still waiting for 'In-process' or PPR.

Kung naglagay ka ng email address sa application mo - primary means ng communication sa iyo is email. Before eMedical, ang MR forms via courier, ngayon hindi na - most of correspondences from the VO via email na.

I don't see any problem with that. Just provide the new address where they can send you your PR card.

guys i'm leaving for Winnipeg in two days. i decided to use a Balikbayan Box as my 2nd luggage. am i gonna have problem with this or what? the size of the box is a standard 20x20x20 BB box. my flight is on May 9 via ANA + AC. any advice to those who landed already? Thanks in advance!

I didn't do this exactly, but I know people who did.

They are fine with AC but not sure about ANA. Check their baggage policy.

Here is my timeline:

**August 2013 - Application Received
**September 27, 2013 - Appication Processed
**October 4, 2013 - Medical Exam Request (Unfortunately we did not receive the email from CIC on this day)
**January 16, 2014 - Medical Exam Request (This time we receive the email from CIC)
**February 18 (mine) and 21 (wife) 2014 - Medical Exam Done (She took her Med Exam in Canada. And I took my Med Exam in Cebu Doctors' Hospital)
**February 28, 2014 - Request of PR fee and she paid it on the same day
**April 21, 22 and 23 - Medical Furtherance Test (Sputum Test)

Hi! In my case(sputum test & culture negative) they just ask me to come back after 2 months & redo CXR.
The doctor's secretary said be going back to the clinic after 2 months for the result. What should I expect if the result is negative? What is the next step? And if the result is positive, should I take meds for 6 months? please englighten me. Thanks for the reply..

hello sa inyong lahat! meron po ba ditong lagpas ng 12 months ang processing ng application? what will happen if maabutan ng expiration ang medical? base po ba sa date ng medical exams ang visa mag-expire? please help...

Anyhow, I'd like to ask if there is anyone here who had their medicals at Nationwide Health Systems here in Cebu? I had my medicals last April 15th and I had been following up since last week. Initially, I was told the results will be forwarded to CEM within 10days. I made my first follow up on the first week of May and was told it is 10 working days. When I made another call today (13th working day), I was told they have to look at their records first; can not tell me for certain if I am already cleared; can not tell me if they have forwarded it to CEM; and they have so many clients for the past weeks. The one I talked to said they will send me a text within today, but it's already 5pm and I haven't got anything.

I'm already frustrated since this is the third week since and there is no clear answer on the results of my medicals.

Anyone here who can share their experience?

My pov, for those who are here in Cebu and has not done their medicals yet, I'd say it might be better to conduct your medicals at St. Luke's Global than to wait for 3weeks. This is if you have means to schedule earlier with Cebu Doctors (I inquired with them first but the earliest schedule they can give me was May 11th. I called them april 14), and has extra budget for a flight to Manila.

matanong ko lang po kayo kasi naguguluhan ako merong mga nag ask ang embassy ng MEdical then after nun rprf then after couple of weeks PPR na meron namang after 4 months nag pa medical tapos mga 4 months nag hihintay total of 8 months tska lang nag kakaroon ng PPR depende ba to sa country kung saan nag aapply? or sadyang depende sa VO? kagaya namen

pasa kami ng applications a CIO after a month MEdical request after 3 days RPRF tapos nag request pa ng additional docs ASAP daw until may 20th kailangan nasa kanila eh kumpleto na kami sa lahat does it mean na before mag 20th pag nakita nila nag comply ka sa request nila PPR kana?

yes, depende sa VO. meron case dito sa Pinas na mabilis ang processing meron din medyo matagal..

Hi lencabz, my concern really is about the forwarding of my results to CEM. The clinic where I had it can not give me feedback if they have forwarded it to CEM, which they must have the records. Frustrating lang, pero hopefully they can give me a definite answer tomorrow.

try to call them tomorrow. kasi ang nationwide health dito sa davao mabilis naman magforward ng docs sa CEM.
