Congrats sa lahat ng may PRV. PAHELP PLS....i am required to get a hongkong police cert. One reqrmnt is fingerprint pano kaya ito? And as i read frm onother forum one problem is our banks does not issue bnk draft in hkong dollars, so paano kaya bayaran un fee na 185 HK dollars... Thnks sa help esp. Sa mga naka experience kumuha ng PCC. THNKZ

"Notes to Overseas Applicants" - shows instructions for fingerprints (e). You may want to bring a copy of instructions sent by the VO with you and ask your local police authority for fingerprinting services.

As for the payment in $HK - can you inquire if you have an HSBC branch there and ask if you can purchase a DD (demand draft)?

Hi everyone. Just want to share, yesterday upon checking my ecas i saw 2 addresses on my profile. And this mprning chineck ko ulit 2 addresses pa rin and nakalagay In Process. And just just 15 mins ago dumating na ang DHL with our passports with PRV!!! Sa wakas graduate na rin. Thanks everyone!! God bless us all!

i BOOKED mine yesterday, also with st.raphael. very accomodating staff. flight is may 10 via cathay pacific (manila - hongkong - vancouver/ 2pcs 23kgs baggage / phil travel tax) then WESTJET (vancouver to winnipeg) #wala bayaran for the 2nd baggage which I believed will cost $70+ via Air Canada.
Ticket Price is $930. kinagat ko na. yung ibang travel agency charged me 950 above tapos hindi pa west jet.

CX ka for the longest legs (Manila-HKG-Vancouver) kaya MSC (Most significant carrier) is CX; 2pc baggage policy for CX dun sa zone na yung (crossing different zones) as long as MSC sila kaya wala kang babayaran na 2nd pc baggage.

Also - another advantage - pwede ka mamili ng seat mo with CX. Sa Air Canada, usually pre-assigned ang seats . Try mo mag-member ng rewards (mileage program) ng CX, para me online-check-in service ka na din (mamili ng seat, pre-printed boarding pass etc.) - 24 hours before ng flight mo.
