Sir, plano ko sana bumisita sa kaibigan ko sa Toronto pagdating ko dyan.

Kung PAL, Manila-Vancouver-Toronto. Pero 1.5hr lang lay over ko sa Vancouver to Toronto flight.

Kaya kaya? POE ko ba is vancouver or toronto?

Alam ko me post na before ng nag land na medyo nabitin because kulang ang layover time sa dami ng nag"land" dyan sa Vancouver. Better back read a bit. Kung ganyan ang itinerary mo PoE mo willl be Vancouver.

San ba final destination mo? Try mo mag direct sa YYZ (Toronto) para dun na ang landing mo direct - conpare prices. Baka mas advantageous mag land sa Toronto since dun ka din immediately patungo to visit with friends.

Check mo kung need pa lumabas ng airport kung transit. Kasi ang alam ko (pero not sure), considered na transit internationally kapag via PAL. Again, check it with previous post or with PAL directly.

Hello Sir, thanks for the reply. Is it ok that my file no. from MPNP is the one I put to the e-mail? I have UCI no. when they returned my application but I think it is not advisable to use that considering that my documents were sent back to me.

Owww - di pala buo ang kwento...ok so initially you had your whole application package returned (perhaps due to some deficiency) and you noticed a UCI assigned to your file. Then you re-submitted it. Is this correct?

If this is the case, then yes the first assumption is that you may not be able to use the UCI you saw. Just out of curiosity, have you tried checking eCAS using that UCI (if you listed it down)? I have read some posts before of those with initial applications returned and had a UCI listed, but in the end it was the same UCI used after resubmitting the application to CIO. Why not give it a try first?

In the absence of any file number, the only other identifying data would be the MPNP file number aside from your name.

Transiting ka usually if you pass from an international airport enroute to another international destination. However, itong PAL PR 118 MNL to YYZ is layover sa YVR (Vancouver) and then enroute to YYZ. Sabi nga ni marky14 itanong sa PAL - itanong mo kung technical stop lang ito (meaning no deplaning, refueling only, or change crew) or layover (deplane, pass immigration, reboard plane). Kung kailangan mag-deplane and pass immigration, likely dito ka na mag-"landing".

Pero balita ko masarap daw pagkain dito...

"we started processing your application on June 3, 2014."
Is it true that those that have medical furtherance skip medicals recieved and turns in process? So meaning they are going to do the other things like security check while waiting for the result of the medicals?
im glad that still my apps is moving.

"we started processing your application on June 3, 2014."
Is it true that those that have medical furtherance skip medicals recieved and turns in process? So meaning they are going to do the other things like security check while waiting for the result of the medicals?
im glad that still my apps is moving.

In your case, we can only surmise that, your medicals have not been completed, so you may not see that "medicals received.." line yet due to the furtherance, but all the other checks are progressing. It may come when you have enough checks completed to reach "in process" with medicals the only thing pending.

And yes be glad - any update is better than none at all, and things are still progressing on your application. Congratulations on the good news!
