Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

Hi pimp,

Yung nareceived ko po na email ang nakalagay lang kaya binalik kasi incomplete daw...hanggang ngayun wala pa din po yung returned application ko...ang exam ko sa IELTS sa april 6 tapos after 15 days pa lalabas result which is lagpas napo sa expiration ng LOA ko...pwede po kaya na to follow nalang yung IELTS result ko tatanggapin po kaya nila yun..kasi wala po ko idea kung ano ang kulang sa application namin, balak ko nga din po mag file ng affidavit of loss para alam nila na hindi talaga nakarating sakin isama ko po sana kung mag pass man ako ng panibagong application..nung nareceived nyo po yung returned application nyo meron napo ba nakalagay na UCI?

yes meron kasama UCI, hindi ko nga alam kung para saan yun kaya nung nagprint ako ng bago generic forms nilagay ko yun UCI#.. siguro yun IELTS talaga ang kulang mo pero hintay hintayin mo na din yun returned apps mo para masigurado mo kung ano ang kulang, mas mabuti na hintayin mo na lang yun result ng IELTS habang hinihintay mo din dumating yun papers mo.. mahirap yan to follow baka mawala pa yun result ng IELTS mo, mas mabuti na pagsabay sabayin mo na baka lalo pa madelay papers mo.. Yun loa magrequest ka na din at sigurado na kailangan mo na yun..

darating din yun returned apps mo konting hintay pa.. if ever na wala pa din talaga magpass ka na ng bago ang magiging problem mo lang siguro yun payment mo if bank draft ginamit mo, kung cc namin ok lang gawa ka na lang bago payment form and kuha ka lang ng bago nbi.. then bago mo isubmit ulit lahat icheck mo ulit mabuti yun checklist mo.. good luck sa ielts..

Matanong ko lang...MANDATORY ba ang IELTS sa CIC application? Wala kasi akong inattached na IELTS! Baka maibalik din yun application ko . Received ng CIO nung Feb. 15 lang. Tsk, tsk, tsk

swerte kung hindi ka hingian, malas kung mapabalik.. halos lahat ng nakikita ko kasi na applicants nagsusubmit na ng IELTS.. wala ka pa ba aor? if umabot siguro ng 2 months at wala pa better na email mo sila.. usually 30 to 45 days ang aor ngaun base dun sa mga timeline..

Checked my ECas this morning and it shows 2 addresses na
Current address- Brampton , Ontario Canada
Mailing address - address ko ngayon in the Phils
But my sratus is still In Process
Hmmmm....ano kaya ibig sabihin neto....DM na next and malapit ko na makuha PP ko with PRV.
? sure hope so!

Wala pa akong AOR. Expected ko eh on or before April 20 based on the rate CEM is processing applications lately. Hindi naman kasi ako hiningian sa MPNP. I have just attached a letter of justification that I need not undertake the test due my educational background and having worked outside ng Pinas for quite sometime wherein the primary language of commerce ay ingles. Inattached ko rin the same letter sa application ko sa CIC. 'just hope everything will be OK in the end.

hello @ad123164, ang inapplyan ko kase is PNP. Tas nung kumuha ako nang PNP nomination before sa Ontario Opportunities, requirement na nila yung IELTS. Nagpasa ako during that time. Tapos nung nag submit na ako nang PR application sa CIO, nakalagay sa checklist optional yung IELTS result(merong clause dun sa checklist para ma determine kung kailangan kang magpasa, at saken ang intindi ko is optional naman). Kaso binalik yung papers ko nang CIO, dahil nga wala daw IELTS result, so nag resubmit ako nang application ko, sinama ko na yung IELTS result.

Tanung ko lang po kung inabutan ng expiration ang LOA nyo bago nyo ipass yung panibagong application nyo? Agad po ba kayo nag take ng IELTS or nag review po muna kayo? Yung samin po kasi 3mos na nyan simula ng binalik nila application ko... Worried lang po ko kasi april 19 po expiration ng LOA ko tapos IELTS exam ko po april 6 pa ang release po ng result april 21 bale po dun palang namin ma-ipass... Ok lang po kaya yun kahit lagpas na sa date ng LOA... Yung sa case nyo po ganun din po ba?

@Bagaholic, ah by God's grace eh nde naman na inabot nang expiration yung LOA ko. Nang malaman kong binalik nang CIO ang papers ko. Nag pre pare ako ulit nang application package, this time, in ensure namen na talagang wala nang magiging problema sa application namen. Talagang ni review namen lahat nang forms nang husto. May IELTS result na din ako before so nde na ako nag schedule pa nang exam. Sa case mo, talagang mag eexpire na yung LOA mo, so siguro dapat mo nang kontakin yung nag sponsor sayo at i explain yung situation mo. Maiintindihan naman nila yan and then i eextend naman nila yung LOA. May case nang ganyan dito sa forum, nde ko lang maalala kung saang thread, pero in extend naman yung LOA nya.

Regarding sa IELTS ang alam ko po binabase nila sa NOC code level, ang kailangan po mag pass ng IELTS yung NOC code level C and D.... Kung ang occupation nyo po for example registered nurse hindi napo kayo kailangan magpass ng IELTS kasi nasa NOC code level A po ang R.N

eto din mismo ang intindi ko. Since yung occupation ko is not under these NOC code levels, nde ko na sinubmit yung IELTS ko, kaso mo ayun, hiningan pa din ako at nabalik ang papers ko..

eto din mismo ang intindi ko. Since yung occupation ko is not under these NOC code levels, nde ko na sinubmit yung IELTS ko, kaso mo ayun, hiningan pa din ako at nabalik ang papers ko..

Maybe, kaya ibinalik yung papers mo despite di ka NOC code level C or D ay dahil di ka naglagay ng justification/explanation letter. Kasi according to Docs Checklist, if you are unable to provide any of the requested documentation, you have to provide a written explanation as to why it's unavailable. Keeping my fingers crossed that my understanding is correct at di mababalik sa akin yung application ko...
