Could someone please suggest what time it might take between an ITA and finally getting the PR and COPR?

Around 4 to 5 months.

I got my ITA on April 16, submitted my ITA on June 16th and got my COPR on August 24th...

between 6 - 10 months after you receive your ITA.
Best case would be little less than 6 months.

01.09.17 - Sent letter of Explanation on PC
28.09.17 - Follow up w CIC on letter receipt
20.10.17 - Received Ready for Visa notice/Passport requested by CIC
21.10.17 - Mailed passport to CIC - Ottawa
24.10.17 - Passport Delivered - Ottawa
17.11.17 - Online status changed to Approved
23.11.17 - Passport Arrived with COPR
28.11.17 - Landed at Rainbow Bridge
