ok people, so I got a call from CHC just about 5 mins ago, and since you all have been to kind to share ur experiences here i am telling u what happened, more like asking you ppl what will happen. She just called me and asked me what program i was going for and which university. then she asked me my a level grades (probably because i applied on my AS result and I just got my A level result few days back). She even said that they ll be returning my passport tommorow. I am seriously freaked out what their decision will be. any advice as to what their intention was and stuff :S ?

yaar i had a,b,b in AS but it dropped to a,c,c this year..but dosent matter as i fulfilled the condition that was 2c's so dosent matter.

i dont think it matters as long as u fulfilled the condition, besides she said good luck to you, please tell ur result tomorow. i also got my A level result on 10th and i mailed my statement of result to them today,(i didnt gave As so officer told me to send it). Did u book any flight?

Hey Guys !!! Finally today I delivered my documents to at VF Service at Kathmandu, Nepal. My class starts at Fanshawe College from september 8 and when I asked the person over there he said it only takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive the decision.
When I arrived there there were two of the guys and they were there to collect their passport and when they opened it both of them were rejected. I dont know if they were students or what but reason was sth like CHC doesnt believe that they would return to Nepal. I asked one of them that how many days did it take then he said 2-3 weeks.
After a while a lady came to collect the passport and she was confused whether she got it or not and later when she showed it to the VFS person and got to know that she got it..she went with some delight.
That was what I saw at VFS office today and there were some others too but they did not open their sealed packets right at there. And ya one more thing one student was denied for the the reason that his IELTS marks was not enough whereas he got 6.0

1. Bank Loan of approx. CDN$ 31000
2. Disbursement of CDN$ 6000 ( I paid my 6000 out of 12,172 tuition fee)
3. iBT TOEFL score = 78 ( Will this effect??? )
4. SAT I score = 1550 (1120 in composite)
5. School marksheet = 79.88%
6. High School Marksheet = 61.7%
* Actually I applied for BBA-IT but the college sent me the BBA-Accounting offer letter but in high school got low marks in accounting, will this effect ???
7. Income source (Around 44000 CDN$)

they ll send my passport tomm so i ll recieve it probably by wednesday, cauze it ll take atleast a day to deliver. and yes i ll tell u all the result. i havent booked any flight as yet cauze i was waiting for my visa and also because i wasnt getting a seat in emirates and qatar so its on request..dont wanna take pia

dun give ya uncles name if u havent mentioned him in ya application.....but if the officer ask..then tell him....that u will be staying in hotel .... as u will be havin cash with you....and u can stay in any hotel and after your work you will take dosmestic flight...
try to bring the cash less than CAD 10000 $ in this way u dun have to declare it on the airport ... u can take 9800 $ dat will be fine ...

yaar someone told me that i have to get return ticket as well. It is compulsory, and i cant get one way ticket on student visa. Is this correct? I think not.
