If you have sent the e-mail for courier and no response then best way is call VFS 02268539025 ..You may have to wait but your call will be answered definitely. Some people are lucky that they don't wait more than 5 minutes.

I called them and they provided me detail what address to write on the the courier form? Blue dart address because they can’t pick from my place I have to reach blue dart location.

An AWB number will be given to you by VFS after they receive the payment. When you provide that AWB number to Bluedart, they will create a waybill that will have the shipping address.

And how about consent form if someone else is dropping the passport for my mother do we need to add consent for indirect submission?

If you are dropping it off at a Bluedart location, write that location’s address in the SMS form.

If someone other than the applicant will be dropping off and picking up the package, you need to fill out and submit the consent form as well.

Just write to the officer on envelope, VFS already have waybill made to the address. Still if you would like confirm with VFS..

Thanks. The VFS guy told me to write 'To Officers VFS center canada'. Is this good enough?
