Well my question is straight one, after surfing and gathering data I am confused as there are thousands of application have already been submitted, and after every one or two years, Canada simply returned those application back without processing,

So there is no clear time line available that when your application will be processed, in 1,2 or 3 years, there are some people who have applied in year 2005 or 2008 but still have no idea where their application status stands,

I have to dilemmas in from of me first one is that should I apply or not as If apply then what if I get stuck as so many people have in 2008 and 2010 ,
Second one is that should I apply under existing or express entry system

I was really going at my full speed to apply for the immigration but since I have got this information I am totally confused

Well, my general advice here would be to, first, apply asap if you are eligible at the moment as noone knows how the EE program will work after 01.01.2015, and, secondly, you should develop a decent "Plan B" or even some "Plan C" to live your life happily with other goals besides Canada. It may last for eternity and you will not know its outcome, so don't sit on suitcase dreaming and wasting your time.
