Time to submit PGP application. Oh no!

Hello everyone. Hope you can help me with this one. I recieved a PGP invitation on September 27th.

The invitation email says that I have 60 days to submit my application from the date of the email (September 27th) but the email says after that "We
must receive your application on or before December 6, 2021 before 11:59 p.m"

Wich is more than 60 days, actually 70 days. My application is almost ready but I dont know wich date is the correct.

I'am almost ready. I'm still wating for some documents. First it says 60 days and then 70 days. wich one is the correct deadline....
