I would like to send a big CONGRATULATIONS to you and your family from myself and hubby.
I am so glad to see this huge struggle finally coming to a peaceful end for you. I know I couldn't have gotten through all I have without all the wonderful advice you have given me time and time again. I am looking forward to hearing your landing story and I am sure I will have tears in my eyes as I read it. I am so sorry this journey has been such a rough one but if you hadn't have taken your wisdom from all of it and shared it with us, many of us would have still been struggling. I hope you chose to remain on the board as I am certain I could still use your expertise again sometime in the near future as will others.

This post has ended up longer than I had planned it to be. I guess what I am trying to say is that I am so happy to see someone receive their PR visa who has been so deserving of it for so long. Congrats from my family to yours. :-*

Robsluv, a HUGE Congrats, you have waited soooo long for this. Your insight has helped hundreds if not thousands in these forums including myself. I understand about trhe storage thing, had stuff stored everywhere, wouldn't know where it all was if not for the monthly strorage fee

Guess what came in the mail today??? Two PR visas - one affixed to my daughter's passport and one to mine! And our COPRs!! I was, honestly, in tears driving to the post office to pick them up because I had begun to think this day would never come. Now all that is left to do is try to find my inventory list of all my stuff that has been in storage in California for the past six years, and then travel to wherever is closest that I can land and finalize this baby!!

Our final appeal hearing was on January 14, 2010. I am really hoping to land before that anniversary. Will keep everybody posted! Thanks to all - once again - for your support, encouragement and well wishes throughout this ordeal. I honestly dont know what I would have done without you.

GEEZ girl! Sorry I missed this! If I didn't have to work tomorrow I would totally crack open some sparkling wine on your behalf. Cheers!!! Congrats! You deserve this. 2011 is going to be the best year yet! Welcome to a new beginning for you and Rob!
