Time taken to process PR visa /stamping at New Delhi

Medicals Passed - 7th Feb 18
RPRF Request - 13th Feb 18
RPRF Paid - 16th Feb 18

Passports submitted at VFS - 23rd Feb 18
CoPR - waiting

My file was submitted on 9th Feb
Medical and PCC done and now file is on New delhi office since 20th April 2018.

Hello Everyone,
I'm applying for PR for my spouse, who's in India. I gave all the documents to the lawyer on the 13 Feb. 2018,and the application was received on Feb. 04, 18. I got medical request on the April 05, 2018 and it was done by April 25, 18. On the May 09, 2018 i got an email saying that my file has been transferred to the Delhi office for final processing. On the CIC website now showing,

Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. ​

what does this mean ?
How long is it going to take until Delhi office requests for my husband's Passport ?

My husband also didn’t received anything after receiving email about transferred file Delhi on April 2018.Even I reported about haven baby girl in July 2018 as well . Still waiting for response

Not yet either but After called found they didn’t reach yet 220ct 2017 file yet so before this date they dealing . Mine is Nov 10 gonna be 1 year and processing time 11 months hopefully soon I will get

same problem NDVO did't respones my email too we passed medical test in march 2018 but its going around 9 month no reply

I got ppr on 7th November and submitted passports on 9th November. Today is 28. Can anyone tell me is anything wrong with my application. Status is showing under process in delhi.
