Time taken to process PR visa /stamping at New Delhi

Received our passports yesterday though courier from VFS

Hello Everyone,
I'm applying for PR for my spouse, who's in India. I gave all the documents to the lawyer on the 13 Feb. 2018,and the application was received on Feb. 04, 18. I got medical request on the April 05, 2018 and it was done by April 25, 18. On the May 09, 2018 i got an email saying that my file has been transferred to the Delhi office for final processing. On the CIC website now showing,
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. ​


what does this mean ?
How long is it going to take until Delhi office requests for my husband's Passport ?
 
Hi I have received my PR on 24th may and I submitted my passport to VFS Kolkata on 25th May. Still no updates as it's says under processing in New Delhi Visa office. When called VFS they are saying it might take a month or more. Does anyone know it it takes that long?

HEY, SO I AM NOT A 100% SURE BUT I HAVE HEARD IT TAKES ABOUT 2 WEEKSS

ALSO CAN I ASK YOU A QUESTION?
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR THEM TO REQUEST YOUR PASSPORT?

Hey there, do let us know if you receive your passport this week. I submitted mine on the June 1st and trying to gauge when it will be returned.
 
my husband submitted passport 5 june...anyone else get his/her passport back???
