Time taken to include the new born

Can someone please tell me how long does it take to include the new-born child in the application. I had sent all required documents from India which were received by cic on May 9 but there has been no response/update yet.

I have taken the medicals as well but there is no confirmation on that either.

In my case my child documents were added the same day the documents were received at CPC-O. May be its just that as all documents are in order they did not notify you.

Just try to drop an email to CPC-O, asking for confirmation on if your child was added to your application.

Can you tell me if you had included the fee as well and how did you pay it.. if by credit card, when was it charged...
