Time taken for passport stamping at New Delhi

Hey Guys,

As per the forum, I have read that it generally takes 7-10 calendar days for stamping of passport after submission.

Anyone has an experience with submitting passports at New Delhi VFS for New Delhi VO. Please share your timelines.

I got stamped passports for my parents from the embassy within 4 days.
So can't really comment if it's a minimum of 7 days. Ideally, it should be done within a week.

Thanks, me and my fiance have our tickets booked for May 1 6:00am. Submitted PP at Delhi VFS on 12th closing hours. Hoping to receive it b23rd. y

Passport delivered to VFS today. Granted her 5 years visa until expiry of passport.
Applied: 5th March
Review of Eligibility: 8th March
Call for Interview: 4th April
Interview and Approval: 12th April
Passport submitted to VFS: 12th April closing hours
Passport stamped and returned: 17th April. (2-3 Working days)

You are on PR or work permit ? as I have read in many threads on this forum that getting visa for fiance is almost impossible.

What documents you submitted? What is the reason she gave in cover letter for trip

PR, and yes, it was difficult as was rejected twice, but eventually approved in third attempt.
