Time taken for Passport Return- CIC New Delhi

ello Frnz,

I applied my Permanent resident through SINP provincial nominee program , These are my Time line , need your advice on time taken to get back my Passport

Status from E-Cas
We received your application for permanent residence on November 14, 2011.

We started processing your application on February 2, 2012.

Medical results have been received. (status still says IN Process)

I got a letter from New Delhi on Feb 3 asking for my passport

As i was in Canada , i came to India and Sent my Passport on Mar 9
- Please need your advice on how long will it take to get back my passport

I am in same boat like you bro, after getting two confusing emails from CHC -ND I submitted my passport on 15 Feb 2012 and till now I haven't heard anything frm them, now problem is I have to postpone my flight tickets for the second time. I had also applied under SINP. Whenever you hear anything frm them update us. You can also join community below

same case with me, sent passports and mdeicals and PCC with 1250 cad DRAFT, on march 8th and no clue after that....
