Time taken for CIC to upload refusal letter ?

Hello All,

Could someone please tell me an approximate time taken for the CIC to upload the refusal letter ?

My Final decision : We regret to inform you that your application was refused. Check your messages below for details.

But Since almost 4 days, there are no messages below.

I am thinking of applying for CAIPS notes but I guess I need this letter for that application. Can someone know by when will that letter be uploaded ?

Refusal letter is in messages only, mine refusal letter was also there.

have you try checking your spam messages?

My application messages on the official CIC website says " No data available in table "
and it not there in my spam as well in my personal mail
