time taken by Visa Office to reply

which VO? for me Colombo VO replied in just less than 24 hr
 
Depends on visa office. Mexico City takes 10 days
 
Delhi VO. I have sent the email to them 12 days back and still there is no sign of response from them except one automatic generated email about the receipt of my email. What can I do now? Can I email them back or should I make a call to Delhi VO.
 
You should wait.

VO responses usually say to please keep communications to a minimum and be patient. I wouldn't risk being flagged as a nuisance (even though you are in a hurry)

It took 20 days for me to get a reply. Do you have ph Num of delhi vo?
 
Yes, I would love to keep minimum contact with them but ineed to hurry up for I have to make quick changes and yes I have Delhi VO number. Can I ask them about my query? "

Hi Friend

I send them an enquirey mail on 23-01-2015, have received only the auto generated mail.Till date no other response from NDVO.
 
Dear Jo2327, I have the case specific inquiry, how about your's? Nepscan123 says, he got reply in 20 days. I am out of India but you look from India. I thought people living outside India are having delays in their case but you also seem to be on the same boat. Nepscan123, should I wait or call Delhi VO instead? Please suggest!

i had sent ndvo 2 queries and they took 20 -25 days to reply..

I also raised Case Specific Enquiry (CSE)

So in this form u need to fill details such as name, Date of birth, etc..

Dear 24, did you send the same inquiry twice my email and through the link you shared and I have also found similar useful link , but I was confused so i emailed back them . Do you suggest me to do so through the given links rather than email them or shall I call them? Do you mean to say emailing them wont work out?

I am from India and my visa office is NDVO......applied on 23/01/2015 but till now no revert.I heared that they will revert within 30 days...but in my case it's going to be 2 months of time.

Ok i had 2 different queries and I sent out 2 emails and 2 messgaes thru the link that i have sent above

The reason is that when i emailed them i waited for 10-15 days but no reply so i thought of sending via the link...and then i got a reply within 15-20 days or so

I suppose sending via link would be important as it might send ur message in some format which might be accepted by visa officer, rather than the usual mail we send..but this is just my theory...i am not so sure..

I would suggest if u send via link should work..And secondly it is not necessary that they reply to all the queries..so dont worry and dont panic...eventually they are working day in and day out and will do justice to the application.. good luck and pm me if u have any concerns..
 
That means, you waited for one month. Ohh!! It's a long time. That means I also need to fill the boxes on the link sent by you? Ohh! GOD... Help me out.. Delhi VO, work fast.
