Sorry for typographical error in last question. I want to.know time taken for HMB to send it's report on a referred medical issue on PR matter.

It matters on the volume and condition of the Report.
If everything is good it will be done with in a couple of days to a week.
You will not hear anything from the Visa officer, until he has a chance to look at the recommendation from the RMO.
