Time spent as Trainee Engineer.....Can count as experience ?

Hi All,

I joined a firm as Trainee Software Engineer in Sep 2006, where I got confirmed as Software Engineer after about 10 months. From that time I am working in the same organization..... Now I just want to confirm that whether I can count trainee period in my total experience or not ?

Yes, provided that you performed most of the duties of the concerned NOC and you were paid for that.
