TIME SENSITIVE QUESTION- What to fill in consent form?

My parents are having their passports picked at an alternate address in the next few days, since their own address is non-serviceable.

QUESTION: Do they need to fill the details under the section "Consent for Indirect Submission and/or Collection" in the Consent Form since someone else will be submitting their passports to the courier guy?

Hi SunshineNam,

In consent form, you can mention the current address. It was the same case for my parents. Their passports were stamped recently. Also they need to fill only the 2nd page of the consent form and last page to be left. Hope this helps.

why last page to be left? Are they not submitting biometrics now?
