relax mandip dnt take too much tension, v r talking abt canada visa nt uk or australia visa where documentation matters, in canada high commission on luck and most important will of god matters hahahaha

well if u people r planning 2 apply on wed n party is on 17th march, can't say anything abt dis bcoz i hve applied on 13th feb at chandigarh n still waiting for my response,
secondly, 2 be honest wid u mandip, chances r 50-50, i tell u my case, i hve visited countries like uk, singapore, australia , nz n came back on time from dese countries and in India m running my own academy wid gud income h also having tax returns , showed bank balance in India and canada both, showed da property of my parents and mine also, and attached some docs which can support my case, well whnevr i visit to any agent or lawyer he directly says 2 me ur case is very strong but i don't beleive it alws depends on luck sometimes dey can reject strong cases or sometimes dey issue da visa 2 weak cases as well, so chances r alws 50-50 bt on which side u r,u'll only come 2 know whn u people will receive ur passport

thirdly, ya ur husband may have da option for closed work permit but nt da open one, bcoz open work permit is available only for students's spouse and spouses of closed work permit holder ( skilled)

not yet, still under process, one of my knows applied for super visa nd dey got der passport yesterday after 45 dayzz, well,, it was super visa thts y it took tht much time, bt i checked on da website of cic.gc.ca and its showing 35 dayz at chandigarh, so can't say anything how much time its going 2 take more
 
i know if it says 35 days, then it can take 45 days too.
when i had submitted my passport for try in 2010 they told me that you could receive your passport in 5 days but they send me after 23 days.
well we can just trust in god nothing in our hands now.

actually we are too late the agent told us that it should be fine if you still aplly before 1week ago from the ( occasion date) and the party in canada date is on 17 march.my husband is going to apply on this monday at jalandhar.because he has translate the property papers in english first and its taking too much time.but i dont believe that it wiil be fine to apply just 10-12days before.
so i advised my husband not to apply now.lets see what happen if he will apply on this monday.but in my opinion it has more chances of refusal now.
so i will post here what will happen to our trv application.
i know its 35 days processing period at chandigarh.

not yet mandip, still waiting, i think chc chandigarh processing files of religious worker n visitors together, ;D , well m in touch wid many religious workers who go to canada and acc 2 dem dey r getting der visas in 30-34 dayz almost 99% of dem got der visas in 30-35 dayz, so according 2 der situation i think i hve 2 wait another week again, well u say, did ur husband apply? if nt dn ask him 2 apply on ur behalf and u send him all da documents , trust me , he will b having more chances 2 get visa :) , i will update my trv status whn i will get my results
