Time required for US university transcript to reach WES Canada

Hello,

I had my transcript issued from my post-graduate degree university i.e. University of Virginia on November 5th, 2018. It's been almost a month but my WES account shows, document not received. Apparently, there is a labor strike going on with Canadian postal service and this may cause some delay. Still, 30 days for a mail to reach Ontario from Virginia?! Should I be worried.

Can anyone share their experience in similar circumstance? How many days does it usually take for a transcript to reach WES record from US? Should I re-issue the transcript and send to WES?

Update: WES page updated with document received on December 6th. It took (1 month + 1 day ) since the transcript was issued from university.
