I have relatives in Canada and we want to marry, but I do not want to marry immediately after entry to Canada, I want to stay a period at least until I study and get work .. etc. if I provided for asylum how much time it takes even getting rejection ? I mean how long will it take until the decision to deport me ؟
can I have to get work and study at this time?
Is there another way to win time ؟
if I married Canadian Can I stay?
;)

If you go this route, you should expect that your spousal sponsorship application will be refused because CIC will see it's a marriage of convenience (i.e. you have married just to remain in Canada and don't have a genuine relationship). If the relationship is real, you should marry as soon as you arrive in Canada and not apply for refugee status.

Thanx scylla

I am a relationship with her, but I do not want to marry immediately after my arrival, I want to get a job, but you advise me to stay away on asylum?
Presumably if I made tourism or study and got a normal work, can I stay?

No - that's not what I'm saying at all. Please read my post again. I am saying that if your relationship is real - you should get married as soon as you arrive in Canada and NOT apply for asylum.

If you come to Canada as a visitor - you cannot work or study. If you want to work, you will need a work permit. To obtain a work permit you will need a full time job offer from a Canadian employer and an approved LMIA (both of these are very difficult to get). If you want to study in Canada, you will need to be accepted by a school first - then apply for a study permit and show that you have enough money to pay for your studies (show a bank balance of at least $25K). For both the study and work permit, you will need to prove you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term - so you will want to apply for them while you are outside of Canada (not from inside of Canada).

Do you already have an approved visitor visa for Canada? If not - all of these questions are really pointless and you should be focusing on obtaining the visitor visa first.

It's difficult to answer that question. It depends if you meet the criteria to apply for PR or not. Having a study permit or work permit in Canada doesn't necessarily mean you qualify to apply for PR.
