Time period to submit passport after COPR email?

Hi guys,

How long after you receive the passport request email do you have to submit your passport? I'm asking because I want to travel home and am running out of pages in my passport and will have to renew it. Do they give you a timeframe?

They put the deadline on the PPR email, usually you have 30 days from the date they sent the PPR email.

Can you ask for an extension if you have to renew your passport?
