Time of Submission Considered or Time of Receipt at CIC Sydney Considered

I am planning to send my Application package on 20th December; Just before Christmas. I am sending my documents through DHL courier service from Pakistan. I just need to know that which date would be considered 1) Date of Submission of Document to DHL or 2) Date of Arrival to CIC Canada..

By clarifying this, I may be able to get clarify this query

the day CIC receive your application and if due to any reason it get late than 31 dec u can be in trouble....so i would suggest if u have all documents available please send file asap. also caps are filling in

on 1 jan 2015 express entry will come in so ull have to go through it ...
