time line to get passport after visa stamp

My spouse passport was requested on April 2, 2012. It was delivered on April 10 by TCS courier. We are still waiting to get passport back after visa stamping. How long it may take?????

It varies, depending on the visa office. Allow anywhere from 3-8 weeks.

yes allow around 2 to 3 months, hope you will hear some good news very soon. As it seems like ND has speed up their process..

and by any chance if it takes more then that time then contact your local MP...
